Buyer Representation If you or your company have been searching for a business
opportunity, but have been unable to locate just the right one,
consider hiring GBE as a Buyer Representative. We will then confidentially
contact Sellers who may be amenable to a sale. Sellers will frequently
be more comfortable talking to a licensed broker than an individual
Buyer or company that may be a competitor.
GBE requires an initial retainer, and then the Buyer pays our fee at the closing. After we are retained as your Agent, we will locate target companies, negotiate the price and terms for you, and guide you through the process. |
